All material on our website is the trademark and copyright property of Shopify Web Experts. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of our property. You may also not use our products and services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Shopify Web Experts reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

It is also to be noted that both parties, Shopify Web Experts and the Client, agree not to criticize each other and any of its employee, associate/s or partner/s publicly (on online forums, blogs, social networks etc.) at any given time during or subsequent to contract period. Similarly both parties agree not to talk on online forums, blogs, community groups or any social media in a way which brings disrepute to either party or any of its employee, associate or partner. In case of breach, the breaching party would have to pay a reasonable compensation decided by the non-breaching party as damages.

Shopify Web Experts reserves the right to change prices for our products without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.

Shopify Web Experts offers a variety of digital solutions, including, but not limited to, logo designs, animated videos, voiceovers, website design and development, and social media marketing. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to change the descriptions and prices of our Services at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any service or offer at any time.

Revisions are contingent on the package selected. Revision turnaround time will be 48 working hours, but may change based on the client's requirements and feedback. Unlimited revisions require that the initial design and concept have to be the same. The customer cannot ask for a concept redesign once an initial concept has been approved.

For animation videos, the revisions are contingent on the package selected. The client can approach us for unlimited free revisions and we will revise the animated video for no extra charges, given that the design and concept remain intact. Shopify Web Experts reserves the right to refuse any changes or revisions to the animated videos. If Shopify Web Experts accepts the terms of revision for the animation video, the revision turnaround time will be at Shopify Web Experts' discretion.

*Unlimited revisions require that the initial design and concept have to be the same. The customer cannot ask for a redesign once an initial concept has been approved.

In any occasion, any funds deposited will not be liable for a refund if the initial design and concepts (after delivery) are approved. All requests for refund will be as per the following arrangement:

• The client makes a solicitation where the underlying ideas for a logo are provided. However once the client approves or asks for changes in the initial designs, the refund offer will be void and a request for refund will not be approved.
• Once the project enters the revision phase, the refund offer will be void and a request for refund will not be approved.
• A refund request should have a legitimate reason which must be qualified against the outline brief and client input for revisions. Unless an idea has not been composed as per the brief, a refund will not be approved.

My Account is a convenient way to communicate. It is your sole responsibility to check the account section for all questions, queries, concerns and any other instructions for the designer.

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We neither monitor nor have any control over third-party tools provided. We shall have no liability for any harm or damages relating to their use.

Our designers are instructed not to deviate from the specifications provided by the client in the order form.

All design order files are delivered via email. Turnaround time depends on the package, with a minimum of 1 business day.

We keep your final design archived. We can email these files again upon request.

You agree that Shopify Web Experts is not liable for correspondence from unauthorized email addresses.

We promise all logos are produced from scratch and comply with your design brief.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and change information at any time without prior notice.

Shopify Web Experts shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of your use of this website.

You hereby indemnify Shopify Web Experts from any liabilities arising from your breach of these terms.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.

These Terms are effective until terminated by you or us.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Shopify Web Experts and you.

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
